The Journey of a Chocoholic
As a little girl, I remember the excitement of unwrapping a piece of chocolate, the anticipation of that first bite, and the sheer bliss of savoring its rich, creamy texture. Chocolate was not just a treat; it was an experience. Little did I know that this love affair with chocolate would one day lead to my becoming a chocolatier.
The transition from chocoholic to chocolatier was not an overnight journey. I began experimenting in my kitchen 5 years ago, trying to recreate the flavors and textures that I loved. Knowing that many of my friends and family members are dairy/gluten intolerant and being vegan myself, creating chocolate that was free from animal products and gluten without compromising on taste and quality was key. This challenge pushed me to innovate and experiment with alternative ingredients- it was all about trial and error. The more I experimented, the more I realized that making chocolate was both an art and a science.
Over the years, I have spent countless hours refining my techniques, sourcing the finest ingredients, and ensuring that each batch of chocolate meets the highest standards of quality. Perfecting my chocolate recipes have been a labor of love with meticulous diligence giving each bar its glossy finish, delightful snap and dynamic flavors. Every step along the way has been thoughtful and intentional.
Today I have the privilege of sharing my creations with the world, turning my hobby into a career and my dreams into a reality… one chocolate bar at a time.
