Customer Reviews

  • We just received our order. I ordered 4 bars and all arrived in Oregon unbroken. We ordered the chocolate mint, the crunch, and the peanut butter. We had trouble picking favorites as we liked them all

  • Grounded Confections has quickly become my absolute favorite chocolate company! Their vegan chocolates are incredible — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The chocolate peanut butter bar (with that little sprinkle of salt!) is pure magic. You can truly taste the care and craftsmanship that goes into every bar. Plus, it’s owned by an amazing human who clearly pours heart and intention into what she makes. If you haven’t tried Grounded Confections yet, you’re seriously missing out! 🍫✨

  • After years of seeking the perfect vegan milk chocolate, my search is finally over!!!! Grounded Confections makes a DELICIOUS bar that really does taste like milk chocolate. I've also been delighted by many of their truffles: orange dream, s'mores, and dark cherry, to name my favorites. This is a business that is conscious of the environment, makes lovely chocolates, and is so kind to their customers. Thank you!

  • I am obsessed with Grounded Confections! I have tried all chocolate bars and especially love the cookie dough bar. My husband loves the chocolate peanut butter and salted caramel bars. We were so excited to see the truffle boxes added, and we absolutely love them!!If you’re like me, and love to share delicious treats, these chocolates make great gifts. Because the chocolates are gluten free and vegan (and several are nut free), most people can indulge and enjoy.Overall, I highly recommend Grounded Confections to satisfy your gourmet chocolate needs. The chocolate is high quality and so well made.

  • From the moment of our first bite, we've been working with Grounded Confections to provide us with larger quantities of chocolate goods for our business. From thank you gifts to patient appreciation, we've been nothing but thrilled with the specialty chocolate(s) we have received. Our patients love them and we do too. The quality is exceptional and reliably consistent. The prices are reasonable if not amazing when compared to other brands that are NOT local. With Grounded Confections being very local and contributing to a better and more delicious Maine, I can't recommend this chocolatier enough. Whether it's a bar or two or hundreds of chocolate roses (or any of the many other offerings) you'll receive rich service, reliability and consistency. These chocolates are made with love. If you see them around the state, definitely try a bar or ten.

  • "The chocolate bars I ordered from Grounded Confections were delicious! The flavor was superb and they were very melt-in-your-mouth creamy. Jessica’s customer service was excellent as well. Shipping was fast and Jessica was able to personalize the tag on one of the bars in another language. It looked so pretty! 3/4 of the chocolate bars were gifts and everyone raved about them. One bar was for me and I loved the flavor of the dark chocolate orange so much! I will be ordering from Grounded Confections again the next time I need gourmet, high quality chocolate. Or maybe just when I need a chocolate fix! So good!! And they were vegan and from my home state of Maine! Extra special!"

  • "10/10 so tasty. I cannot wait to give them to my mom who is also vegan and gluten-free —these are such a treat!"

    -Haley

  • "Wow wow wow!!! So yummy! I gave it to my husband before Valentines because I couldn’t wait 😆"

    -Sarah

  • "Divine chocolate. Melts in your mouth, and there isn't a bar that compares to these. 🍫"

    -Willy

  • "I ordered some chocolate bars from Grounded Confections for Valentine’s Day this week…oh my goodness, they are delicious! I ordered a couple of the dark chocolate orange flavor, a milk chocolate bar, and a crunch bar and everyone loved them! The only one I had a chance to try personally was the dark chocolate orange bar I had bought as my own Valentine’s Day treat. It was smooth, not overly sweet but just right, with the perfect amount of orange flavor to blend with the dark chocolate. Jessica was also able to personalize the tag on the bar for my daughter—in another language. It looked so pretty and my daughter appreciated that, too. I will definitely be ordering again from Jessica and Grounded Confections. I highly recommend her chocolates based on their taste and quality and also on her prompt shipping and super customer service. Extra nice to find vegan chocolate as that is important to my family, too. Thank you, Jessica!"

  • "I was very pleased to find a local company that makes gluten free/vegan chocolate! I reached out to place a Valentine’s order, and was so pleased to receive it the same day! My favorite was the orange chocolate, but each of the flavors (and roses) were a big hit. We loved it all, thank you."
